Aquarium Cap Blanc is located on the Cala Gració road in Sant Antoni. It is a natural cave with entries of sea water, in which visitors can observe the main marine species of the Mediterranean ibicenco. In addition, it has an exhibition of shark eggs, sea sponges, gastropods, and other invertebrates.
Traditionally, this natural cave was used as a lobster nursery and that is why it is popularly known as "Sa cova de ses llagostes". But in 1989 it was transformed into an aquarium and today, because of the optimum conditions of water quality and its natural characteristics, the Center for Marine Species Recovery (CREM) uses these facilities as a place where animals can receive treatment and subsequently be returned to their natural habitat.
A little known place for tourism but worth visiting.
The Hotel provides an ideal space to enjoy the tranquility of the island, without neglecting the nightlife that characterizes the municiopio of San Antonio, also the Hotel is located 800 meters from the beach of Es Pouet.
